Our next strength & fitness program starts this week at CrossFit CEY Somerset West \ Strand. Our weightlifting focus will assist with muscle tone, weight loss and strength. Our Push and Pull program will help you build a strong upper body and perhaps get some people to do their first pull up. For Core & Bodyweight strength our focus will be the gymnastic rings.

- Athelete’s Focus : Texan style back Squat, Push Press, Grip Strength.
