We are super excited to be working with you all through 2019.
We are heading towards the end of our 12 Month programming cycle (End of March). Our NEW 2019/2020 strength/ conditioning and gymnastic cycles, will be released to you in February.
Heading into January:
We will continue to work through our higher volume squat sessions, with a focus on our barbell cycling until the retest of DT on 16th Jan. Once DT is completed we are introducing a general strength cycle, targeting all lifts and areas of the body. This will continue when we come to the end of our high volume squats.

7th Jan: 18 min AMRAP Metcon
15th Jan: Variation of triple 3’s
16th Jan: Retest DT
